• Anemia: cumin have very rich in iron (more than 66 mg. in every 100 grams) which is more than 5 times the daily requirement of iron for an adult. The amount of iron in cumin leads to increased hemoglobin production and subsequent prevention of anemia

How to consume Seeraham (Cumin) Internally:-


1. Morning - Mix 5 gms of powder in 100 ml water, Boil the content for few minutes. once the water gets warm, filter the content and drink it before food. Repeat the same for Evening Dosage after dinner.

2. People who suffer from indigestion are advised to drink cumin tea. Just boil water and add cumin seeds into it. Strain and drink it to normalize your digestive system.

3. This mineral assists production of new cells and regularizes blood pressure. It is advised by nutritionists to drink a cup of cumin water daily on an empty stomach to prevent the risk of cardiovascular diseases
